Chicken Egg & Avocado Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
1 & ½ boiled eggs (peeled & quartered)
½ ripe avocado (peeled & sliced)
10 string beans (blanched)
3 radishes (thinly sliced)
Mixed leaves
Sliced Green Farm Chicken
Dressing:
Juice of ½ a lemon
1 tsp of Dijon mustard
¼ tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of honey
3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
Method:
Mix ingredients and dressing together and serve.
