Chilli & Garlic Chicken Buddha Bowl
This recipe is GLUTEN FREE
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
1 Chilli & Garlic Green Farm Chicken Fillet
½ red pepper
80g broccoli
Dressing:
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp of honey
Season with salt & pepper
To serve:
Sprinkling of sesame seeds
Finely chopped spring onions
Delicious served with rice
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Slice the chicken into bite sized pieces.
Chop the broccoli and red pepper into small chunks and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes in a hot pan.
Add in your chicken pieces for a further 3 minutes until heated through.
To make the dressing simply add the dressing ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
To serve add your chicken and veggies to a bowl with rice and top with spring onion, sesame seeds and drizzle the dressing over the top.
