Fresh Chicken & Vegetable Stir-fry

 

This recipe is GLUTEN FREE

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 2 Green Farm Simply Roasted Chicken Fillets

  • ½ red pepper

  • 50g mangetout

  • 50g green beans

  • 50g broccoli

  • ½ small red chilli (optional)

  • 1 large clove of garlic

  • 2cm piece of ginger

  • 3-4tbsp dark soy sauce

To serve:

  • Sprinkling of sesame seeds

  • Finely chopped spring onions

  • Delicious served with fragrant Thai rice

Method:

  • Slice the chicken into bite sized pieces.

  • Chop your vegetables into small chunks and stir-fry in a hot pan for 5-6 minutes.

  • Finely grate the garlic and ginger. 

  • Add to the pan with the soy sauce and your Green Farm Simply Roasted Chicken Fillets and stir-fry for a further 4-5 minutes.

  • Serve with fragrant Thai rice and top with sesame seeds and spring onions.
